When traveling out of the state (of Texas) a deposit is required after both parties have agreed & signed a written contract. Depending on the amount, a percentage will be agreed upon as the deposit amount and there is no refund if the client backs out from a signed agreement. Everything needed for the projects will be provided by A&S and payments are due upon completion, unless it has been discussed otherwise. For business owners who contact us directly, there will be an automatic discount. Company checks, personal checks, account to account transfers, Zelle and cash, are all acceptable forms of payment. If project deadlines are not met, A&S agrees to reimburse clients for the inconvenience. All travel expenses will be included in total job estimation & no other fees will be added unless clients request additional work.
Our priority at A&S is the safety of our workers and customers before a job is started. We will ensure all safety measures are followed and everyone is respected. Any of our employees who go against it will immediately be terminated. If for safety reasons we have to decide to work a night shift A&S is willing to do so. Clients should prepare the work area to ensure it is safe for us to begin the job. Once we start A&S will be fully responsible for maintaining safety. A&S agrees to pay for any damage caused to the structure by our employees.
